Chef Eats is all about exploring the hidden life of a city, meeting people who’ve passed their food from generation to generation, and getting an insider’s understanding of where they live. Finding stories that only seem to emerge when all of the tourists have gone to sleep. And meeting a bunch of overworked and underpaid chefs to discuss the changing face of food in the modern, increasingly globalised world.
